More information on the presentation:
OreSat is a fully open source, modular, and scalable CubeSat “bus” aimed at interdisciplinary student teams. Its well defined card-cage system allows teams, whether they are engineering or science systems, to work independently of each other. OreSat has one open source science instrument, a short wave IR camera used to detect high altitude cirrus clouds. OreSat0, 1 U CubeSat and Oregon’s first satellite, is currently in a sun-synchronous low earth orbit. We’re getting ready for our next mission to fly in February 2023.
